FAQ How do I secure my wedding date? A signed bridal contract and non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your date. Dates are not held without payment. Do you have a minimum number of services? No. Brides may book bridal services with or without a bridal party. When is the remaining balance due? The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Accepted payments: Zelle, Venmo, or Cash. 🚫 Credit cards are not accepted. Do you travel on-site? Yes. Travel fees are calculated separately based on mileage, location, and logistics. Are early start fees required? Early start fees apply for services beginning: • Before 7:00 AM: $100 • Before 6:00 AM: $200 Can services be changed after booking? Once booked, services cannot be reduced. Additional services may be added pending availability and approval. What is your cancellation policy? Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations within 30 days of the event require full payment of remaining balance.

Cancellation Policy

50% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations require 100% payment of the scheduled service(s).
